Today I played with Peeks the Clown with Megan. I did the zoo puzzle all by myself and I played cars with Nathan. Oh I saw Chloe this weekend at the festival. I was in the big jumping blow-up ride and she came in with me. Our mommies (and daddies) met for the first time. Chloe didn't talk to me but she gave me "the look." Anyway, back to my day at school, I pushed the big bus around in the yard. I also rode the see-saw with Olivia and Nicole. I gave Marilyn lots of hugs today. She told mommy that she got lots of hugs from all the kids today. I also sang songs. This weekend, daddy noticed me singing a song about a man cutting the grass. Thursday, May 21, 2004 Miss Marilyn and I played with puzzles today. She told Mommy that I know all my colors. Today I played with the ball track, used bright builders with Megan, and tumbled on the nap room play mat. I also liked filling and dumping the buckets outside with wood chips. Marilyn loves it when I dump the chips, so why doesn't Mommy like it when I dump my plastic eggs on the floor after she cleans them up? Go figure... --Posted by Jayden Fassett |

Today I played with the rice table outside and played with magnets. I loved rocking back and forth on the dinosaur toy outside. I also loved painting at the easel and making music. Miss Marilyn wrote on my report that I had lots of conversations with her today. She asked me how my day was going and I told her all about playing with my friends. --Posted by Jayden Fassett |

Thursday, April 22, 2004 Today I painted a Snoopy Snail with sponges. Then I watched a finger play about a snail and listened to stories. Later I went outside and played with my friends. I ate a bagel with PB for snack. --Posted by Jayden Fassett |

Today I painted a tree in spring colors with
a brush. I listened to the teacher read a poem about spring and took a
spring walk around the room. Later we went outside and I hunted for Easter
eggs. The sun was shining and it was pretty warm. For snack I had PB

Thursday, March 25, 2004 Today I played camping in a big tent -- we were hiding from a bear. I really enjoyed hearing books about spring, gardens, and bunnies. I also played cars with the garage. Monday, March 22, 2004 I didn't cry at all when Mommy dropped me off today. I painted an egg and a duck with a bingo marker and played with pop-up stampers and an alphabet puzzle. Today I cried a little bit right after Mommy left, but then Miss Marilyn showed me the bean table and I got all excited and forgot all about what's-her-name. I met another new friend today: Chloe. I dressed up as Superman, listened to some stories, and got to rock back and forth in a wooden boat and sing "Row, Row, Row Your Boat." For snack, I had PB&J on graham crackers, apple slices, and water. I played outside for 20 minutes; it was windy and cold but I didn't care. --Posted by Jayden Fassett Today was my first day of toddler preschool at the Serendipity School
in Anacortes. My teacher's name is Miss Marilyn and her assistant's name
is Miss Birute (Miss B for short). I only cried for 5 minutes after Mommy
dropped me off. I met two new friends: Nicole and Riley.
Nicole is my age and she's very nice. She held my hand and showed me
