Jayden celebrated his 1st birthday at a party at Mom-Mom and Grandpop Pezzola's house in Bristol, Pa. Both the Pezzola and Fassett side of the family were there to shower him with love and gifts, lots of gifts! He was a little overwhelmed by all the attention at first but for the most part he had a good time. It's hard to believe that a whole year has gone by since his birth.

It all started December 6 when Jayden took his first real steps at his friend Mason's house. He walked across his living room a few times, only stopping when he tripped over a toy or Mason himself. Then he took a few weeks off (we think to re-evaluate his technique) and tried the walking thing again on his birthday (Dec. 18) while at the daycare center on the Navy base. The ladies who watch him informed Pam that he walked from room to room, and fast! Then the real walking started the following day when Jayden walked all over the house.
